Fran Wallace is a volunteer counselor with the State of Michigan’s SHIP (State Health Insurance Assistance Program). Until 2025, it was called the Michigan Medicare Medicaid Assistance Program (MMAP) and is now the State of Michigan’s statewide MI Options system which offers free and comprehensive person-centered options, counseling for adults looking for long-term care services and supports and Medicare counseling.
